These Virtual Showings are then marketed to home buyers through the Boston Virtual Realty brokerage with cash back incentives. The Virtual Offer process is a way for buyers to give their opinion of value without any obligation, and at the same time become eligible for the cash incentive if they choose to purchase the property with Boston Virtual Realty as their buyer agent. What Makes it Possible? Boston Virtual Realty operates over the Internet. We have no franchise fees, no office rents, no mortgages, and no newspaper ad costs. We have our own systems and service provider network. This saves us thousands each month which we pass on to our buyer clients.
